Supporting government and banking in the UK
Arcticweb were asked to help the UK government to deliver user centred designed services from 2007. Eventually the realisation that government services needed to be user centred, delivered in an agile way gave way to GOV.UK. We supported the delivery of the Carer’s Allowance online service and various new DVLA systems. With our previous experience in the financial industry, in 2013 we engaged with Barclays Bank to support them with their transformation and delivery of cutting edge user centred services.
